CONNOR + MCKENNA

I met mckenna at my sister’s art show, which was being hosted at mckenna’s church. It’s one of those things that you know God is behind— as it turned out, both me and mckenna had been through a life-changing program with youth with a mission and we got to chatting right away. after promising to get coffee and following each other on instagram, we watched each other’s lives from afar but didn’t connect again until nearly a year later when she reached out with the news she was getting married! after finally sitting down to our long-awaited coffee date and trading missions stories for awhile, I finally got to hear the story of her love. and to my joy and surprise, she said “…and I want you to photograph our wedding. I have found our wedding photographer!” the rest is history… catch mckenna + connor’s wedding on the blog, but for now, have fun checking out one of my favorite engagement photo sessions to date. we had a blast exploring folsom, CA for this shoot… even hitting up mystique dining, the site of their first date!
